Real Begium Waffles

Imported from Belgium and cooked on our custom complete cast iron waffle grid, Hey Jude's Waffles are made from dough and pearl sugars, not pancake batter. When cooked the pearl sugars caramelize and this is what gives Liege waffles their signature taste and texture. Every waffle is served warm with powdered sugar, plain or garnished with toppings. They are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
